This policy explains the categories of information DesignMD Maker processes when you use the service.
Information you provide
This can include account details, URLs, uploaded screenshots, optional project notes, support emails, and content required to generate a design specification. Do not submit confidential material or content you are not permitted to process.
Generated and technical data
The service stores generated DESIGN.md files, previews, report metadata, timestamps, and technical details needed to provide gallery and download features. Server logs may record IP address, user agent, requested URL, and error information for security and operations.
Analytics and cookies
DesignMD Maker uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate use and improve the product. Authentication and security features may use cookies or similar browser storage. Browser settings and relevant provider controls can be used to manage these technologies.
Service providers
Depending on the feature selected, submitted material may be processed by hosting, analytics, screenshot, or AI model providers to deliver the requested function. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to operate the service, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain requested account or gallery features. To request access, correction, or deletion, email admin@getdesignmd.net. We may need to verify the request.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy updates will change the effective date shown above.
